Affiliate Terms and Conditions

Welcome to our Affiliate Program. By signing up as an affiliate with Sufablo Multipurpose Enterprise, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to participate in our affiliate program. We reserve the right to reject or remove any affiliate at our discretion.

2. Affiliate Links and Tracking

You will be provided with a unique referral link to promote our digital products. Sales made through your referral link will be tracked via cookies and attributed to you for commission purposes.

3. Commission Structure

  • You will earn a commission of 15% per successful sale.
  • Payouts are made on the 5th of each month, once your balance reaches the minimum payout threshold of N20,000.
  • Payments are made via bank transfer.

4. Prohibited Marketing Methods

Affiliates must NOT:

  • Use spam or unsolicited emails.
  • Misrepresent our brand or make false claims.
  • Use paid ads containing our brand name, product names, or direct links without permission.
  • Promote on sites containing illegal, pornographic, hateful, or misleading content.

5. Brand Guidelines

  • You may only use promotional materials we provide or pre-approve.
  • Do not alter our branding or logos without written consent.
  • Always clearly disclose your affiliate relationship to comply with advertising laws.

6. Refunds and Chargebacks

If a sale is refunded or charged back, the associated commission will be deducted from your balance.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your affiliate account at any time for violation of these terms or any unethical behaviour.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages resulting from affiliate participation. We make no guarantees regarding income or earnings.

9. Modifications

We may update these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified via email or dashboard, and continued participation implies acceptance of the new terms.

10. Payout Schedule

  • Payouts are processed on the 1- 5th of every month.
  • You will be paid for commissions earned in the previous month.
  • Payments are only made when your total earnings reach at least ₦20,000.

11. Payment Methods

We support the following payout methods:

  • Bank Transfer (Nigeria)
  • PayPal (International)
  • Other Methods (on request and approval)

Please ensure your account details are accurate to avoid payment delays.

Note: Incorrect or incomplete payment details may result in missed or delayed payouts.

12. Payout Notifications

You will receive an email notification once your payout has been processed. Please allow 1–5 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.
